One of the royal tombs is identified as that of Philip II, who conquered all the Greek cities, paving the way for his son Alexander the Great and the expansion of the Hellenistic world

Pella was the first capital of the Macedonian state from the late 5th and early 4th century BC as well as the birthplace of Alexander the Great. We will visit some of the most interesting places of Greece’s ancient history.
