We deliberately move away from commercial dairies and show rarities that hardly anyone knows. An unforgettable treat of Cretan craftsmanship. In addition, we spoil you with the accompanying wines of old Cretan grape varieties such as Romeiko and Vidiano. Together we will produce cream cheese and show you how you can make cream cheese yourself at home using the simplest of means. We will then taste our freshly made cheese together on site, together with matching finger foods.
