Day 1: Arrival at the airport in Rhodes and transfer to the hotel

Day 2: Excursion to Lindos 15 Km
Stop At: Lindos, Lindos, Rhodes, Dodecanese, South Aegean
A fascinating circular excursion that takes you to admire the bay of Lindos from a privileged point, and then cross the village and visit the Acropolis, accompanied by the scent and the view of the sea along the entire route. The start is located above the Vliha bay and continues through a suggestive rocky environment. The adventure continues on a slightly uphill path, surrounded by rocks, where the presence of donkeys is a companion. The view then opens onto a panoramic point over the Bay of Navarone, famous for the film “The cannons of Navarone”. After a few hundred meters, you can admire the Acropolis from above which dominates the typical white village of Lindos, known as “the pearl of the Dodecanese”. From here on the descent, which takes place along a sometimes challenging path, then crosses the village and continues towards the Acropolis, the tomb of Kleovulos and then returns to the Vliha bay, our starting point, for a well-deserved swim. restful.

Day 3: Monolithos -Akramitis excursion 13 Km

Passing through a thick forest, a hidden cave and rocky paths, you are on the top of the most beautiful and greenest mountain on the island.
Following an enchanting path in the woods, you reach a cave hidden in the mountain: “Limeri”. This cave, very important during the second war, was a base for espionage for the partisan movements and home to a radio station.
Continuing, passing by the small church of Ag.Ioannis, we arrive at the top of the 2nd mountain of the island: Mount Akramitis. Here the green meets the “Aegean blue” for a breathtaking view. . After lunch in Monolithos we continue on foot to the castle built on a 236m high monolith to which it owes its name, thanks to its position it was never conquered. Today only some external parts of the fortifications and two chapels from the 15th century remain, as well as the breathtaking view of Akramytis, the island of Halki and the vast blue Aegean.

Day 4: Tour of the Monasteries 22 Km
Stop At: Laerma, Laerma, Rhodes, Dodecanese, South Aegean
Excursion to discover ancient monasteries hidden in the woods of the hilly area of Laerma and Lardos. Thyme, oregano and wild sage enliven the nose along the entire path, all accompanied by unique views and unforgettable scents.The starting point is the small hilltop village of Laerma, located at an altitude of 289 meters, in the center / south of the ‘island. The walk develops along an easy path in the woods and the main points of interest to reach are: the ancient monastery of Tharri, now again inhabited by Orthodox monks, the monastery of Iggo and that of Ipseni, today a female monastery dedicated to the assumption of Beata Vergine and among the oldest on the island. Almost two centuries after its foundation it transforms from “man” to “woman” and is restored. To date, a new church is about to be completed alongside and a Via Crucis leads to a panoramic point over the whole area. From Ipseni then begins a pleasant descent, in the woods, towards Glystra.

Day 6: Aghati- Tsambika excursion 15 km
Stop At: Tsambika Beach, Tsambika Greece
Excursion that goes to visit the most beautiful bays in the center / south of the island: golden sand, red pebbles, rocks corroded by wind and water, make this a truly varied walk that will culminate with the ascent to the fantastic Tsambika monastery. This is among the most beautiful treks of our program, suitable for those who want to visit the most picturesque and wild beaches of the east coast. It starts from Agathi bay: the famous “Golden Sand”. From here the path continues, sometimes impervious, on the cliff close to the sea and, after an obligatory stop at the little known but enchanting red beach, leads up to Stegna. This village is famous for its tavernas and the crystal clear waters from its bay of the same name. From Stegna our excursion continues until we reach the famous Tsambika beach. Starting at the foot of the promontory and following a steep path and then a staircase of 300 steps, you will arrive at the small chapel of the Virgin Mary, located on the highest point of the hill.

Day 7: Salakos- Profitis ilias and 7 Springs excursion
Stop At: Profitis Ilias, Salakos Greece
The excursion takes us to savor the magic of the forest, surrounded by enchanting views and a unique vegetation on the island. Starting from the village of Salakos, take an old mule track that leads to a garden, continue towards the two Tyrolean-style hotels and continue towards the top of the mountain. From here the view is truly breathtaking. Descend to the Elafos hotel and then continue by bus until you reach the seven springs near Kolymbia. The entire area, rich in springs, makes “Epta Piges” a small refreshing oasis. The path continues along the small river, passing through an ancient dam and climbing up to the famous seven springs. Here you will find ducks and peacocks happy to be admired and photographed. You will then be able to experience the thrill of crossing a narrow and suggestive tunnel with fresh water that wets your feet.
