Itinerary

Pass By: Athens, Athens, Attica
The private tour begins with you being picked up from your accommodation in Athens. From here, you can sit back and watch the Greek coastline flow by as the road winds through small villages and past pristine beaches.
Stop At: Lake Vouliagmeni, Vouliagmeni 166 71 Greece
This stage of the tour is a chance to explore somewhere that has been designated a Site of Outstanding Natural Beauty by the Greek government. The Vouliagmeni lake is a place of complex, vibrant geology where cliff faces rise up over brightly colored thermal pools that are fed by springs of hot water rushing from deep below the ground. Feel free to either relax and enjoy the scenery or take a quick dip to experience these year-round warm waters.

Stop At: Temple of Poseidon, Cape Sounio, Sounio 195 00 Greece
After traveling further down the coast, we will reach the destination of our Sounion tour here at the UNESCO-listed Temple of Poseidon. Cape Sounion was known by the ancient Greeks as the ‘Sacred Cape’ and you will understand why as you stand here, sixty meters above the waves, besides the temple from the Golden Age of Athens, looking out to the horizon with the blue waters of the Aegean Sea stretching away in front of you.

Stop At: Sounio Beach, 68 Klm Athens-Sounio Ave. under the ancient Temple of Poseidon, Sounio 19500 Greece
Before returning to Athens, we will stop at the nearby Sounio Beach, where you can swim in the summer months (between May and October), relaxing in the clear water with the temple high at the peak of the Cape above you.
After this final stop, it is time to return to Athens, where we will round off the tour by taking you home to your accommodation.
