We are heading out to the village of Pyrgos that is a photographer’s paradise and is famous for its narrow alleys and maze-like streets. It’s a truly beautiful village with friendly villagers.
We will then climb up the mountain to the highest point in the island, the Prophet Elias Monastery and see a panoramic view of Santorini in all its glory.
Continuing on we will go to the Lighthouse of Santorini that is located in Akrotiri. One of the most beautiful places in the island that is perfect for pictures and has a unique Venetian architecture.
After the Lighthouse we will go to the Red Beach of Santorini that was created by the volcanic eruption . There you can walk up the Beach and see it in its full length and take pictures of the rocky slides!
Right next to the Red Beach of Santorini is the Archeological Site of Akrotiri. A site of outer importance to Greece. We recommend you visit it and learn a lot about the history of the island!
