• Sampling of Greek Virgin Olive Oil and Honey – Olives and honey are a staple food for people in the mediterranean region and you will get the chance to try the best of all greek regions!
• Mousse of Taramosalata with home baked bread – The energic fish roe turned into mousse with oil, onion and citrus fruit. Soft and pillowy sits atop thin slices of bread. Savour it with Tsipouro!
• Seasonal Soup – Cold tomato, broccoli and grape mast, pumpkin and orange or young carrot and split pea..only seasonal ingredients for the best soup!
• Seasonal Salad with Home-made Pita – Summer salad with roasted tomatoes and peaches or the reddest salad of the winter, always with yogurt dip and traditional Pita
• Roasted Leg of Lamb with Autumn/Summer Veggies or Roasted Pork or Veal – Lamb used to be the go to meat in Greece, followed by pork and beef. Here we slowly roast it with herbs from the garden and serve it fresh vegetables
