What makes Private Milos Tour “Islands of Colours”- Luxury Boat Rental a unique experience ?
Cape Vani is one of the most striking landmarks of the island of Milos. Many of the most popular photographic subjects taken from Plaka also show the Cape every time since it inevitably forces its way from the left into almost every panoramic view and every sunset scene
Kalogries beach is located on the northwest coast of the island of Milos. If you are looking for a relaxing beach, full of charm, among the least visited and with a green soul on the cliffs that frame, well … you are in the right place!
Triades, which translates as “three,” refers to three fine grain yellow sandy beaches with crystal clear shallow blue waters. The road to Triades is difficult, with humps, potholes, and scattered rocks. Most car rental companies will even refuse to let you go to Milos’ west coast, which is why these beaches are so remote and best accessed by boat.
Agios Ioannis Beach Milos: Located on the western side of Milos, the bay of Agios Ioannis is a nice, secluded beach to enjoy total isolation. There are no tourist facilities on this beach, which is accessible through a track road or by boat. The nature around the bay has some short vegetation and low cliffs. The water is clean. A monastery is located on a hill above the beach, dedicated to Saint John.
Sikia is one of the most beautiful sea caves on Milos. Sikia Cave was once completely covered, but at some point in the past, the roof collapsed. The end result is a stunning cave with an open top showing the blue Aegean sky. Inside the cave you will find a small beach. Swimming is permitted inside the cave, but keep in mind that the water is extremely cold due to the limited light and deep waters. It is located in the southwest corner of the island and is only accessible by boat.
Kleftiko is well-known for its crystal clear turquoise water and vivid white rock formations and caves. Kleftiko, which translates roughly as “The Bandits’ Lair,” was an old pirate haven that is now one of Milos’ most popular tourist attractions.
Gerontas beach is located on Milos’ southwest shore. It’s a pristine, hidden gem with breathtaking natural splendor. It is regarded as one of the most stunning beaches on the island’s southern coast.
Firiplaka Beach is located on the southern coast of Milos Island. It is one of the most popular beaches on the island. Firiplaka Beach is recognized for its lengthy stretch of shimmering white sand, crystal-clear waters, and stunning rocky outcroppings.
Tsigrado Beach, located between cliffs on the island’s southern coast, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. A beautiful, remote beach surrounded by steep cliffs, caverns, sparkling blue water and white sand with scattered pebbles.
Gerakas Bay, on Milos’ southern coast, has emerald-colored water and is surrounded by magnificent natural white rock formations. The area is famous for its massive sand-slides caused by Perlite and is only accessible by boat.
Agia Kiriaki Beach is located on Milos’s southeastern coast. Because of its crystal waters and wild rocky landscape, Agia Kyriaki is one of Milos’ most popular beaches
Polyaigos, the Aegean Sea’s biggest uninhabited island, is only accessible by boat. Polyaigos is located near Milos and Kimolos. It is owned by the Kimolos community.
Pollonia Village Milos: Located on the northeastern part of the island, Pollonia is the second biggest settlement in Milos.
It is a charming fishing village with a small harbor and it has been built around an inlet.
Despite its picturesque atmosphere and traditional character, the fishing village is not only well-developed, but it is in fact considered an important tourist resort.
Full of whitewashed houses along the coastline, Pollonia preserves its authentic style of Cycladic architecture and it is known as one of the most beautiful seaside villages in Milos.
There are a few sights worth visiting in the area, fun things to do and a lovely beach.
Papafragas is a small beach on Milos’ north coast, near the Philakopi archeological site. Three magical canals that lead to the sea cut through the rocks, forming caves and arches straight out of a fairy tale.
Sarakiniko Beach is a well-known beach on Milos Island, named after the Saracen pirates who used it as a refuge. The seas are azure blue, with white volcanic rocks and a powdery surface that resembles the moons surface.
