The Empress Elisabeth of Austria, also known as Sissi ordered to build the castle.
Here you will discover the lush frescoed rooms of this neoclassical white mansion and also enjoy the Italian terraced gardens with views over the town and the coast. Fine sculptures are dotted around the gardens, many of which feature characters from Greek mythology, including Achilles.
Ticket to the museum is with extra cost 10e p.p.
