We will guide you into the woods, surrounding our Nomadic Base in Lake Plastira. There, our experienced guide will teach you to identify and harvest wild herbs, weeds, and mushrooms. Then, we will return to our base by the lakeshore, to cook the edibles we have collected and define earth-inspired gastronomy that roots from the clarity and authentic rustic taste of countryside cooking.

The duration of this experience is five hours and is completed with a light meal, inspired by nature itself, including delicacies and natural wines and spirits, by local producers.
