The winery operates a “wine museum“. On the tour of the museum, visitors will have the chance to learn about the history of wine through a recording and try four wines. Wines: Vinsanto, Nychteri, Kamaritis, Ampelones, Fysalis, Asyrtiko.

From 1956 to 1996, the vineyard remained uncultivated. In 1997, the 100 acres were re-cultivated with aidani, an organic grape variety. Most of them are organic today. The wines during the wine-tasting are accompanied by goat cheese from the island of Naxos along with rusks. Wines: Vinsanto, Nychteri, Aidani, Santorini, Cuvée No 15, Assyrtiko de Mylos, Assyrtiko de Louros, Mavrotragano, Voudomato.
