Orange Line

Route Duration: 2 hours

Visit the Acropolis and the Parthenon. The orange line takes a tour of the most beautiful attractions of the Athenian historical center, where you can see, among others, the district of Plaka, Thisseio and Monastiraki. The most traditional and lively areas of Athens!
You can also visit the Roman emperor’s Hadrian’s Gate; the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the largest temple in Greece built during Roman times; the Greek Parliament, witnessing the Change of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and strolling along the commercial Ermou street. Feel free to explore the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games were held; the National Library and also the National Archaeological Museum.

Vouliagmeni may have been associated with beaches, but the area is a history lesson in itself. Glyfada

Operates: If you arrive on a cruise ship, you can start your visit immediately upon disembarkation at one of the stops located in the vicinity of the cruise terminal. You can do so with Blue Line or with this train line in one of its special vehicles, you can roam in the narrow streets of Piraeus and get a closer look at this major teeming port. Among others, important landmarks are the impressive Municipal Theater, the Nautical Museum, the Pasalimani port as well as Korai Square, the commercial center of Piraeus.
