The Byzantine Monastery of Hosios Loukas is a UNESCO World Heritage Site decorated extensively with frescoes and mosaics. The most ancient one is the church of the Virgin Mary (middle of the 10th century AD), while the largest one was built a little later (early 11th century AD), and it is dedicated to the founder.
