• Cheese Platter – A selection of Local Artisan Cheese, made by local dairy farmers of Sheep’s and Goat’s milk. Great to accompony with your choice of Varietal Wines.
• Chaniotiko Boureki – Originated from a village of Chania. Homemade Phyllo patry fiiled with zuchinni or seasonal vegetables and sheep’s cheese.
• Authentic Cretan Dolmadakia – Made by local vine leaves, of specific wine varieties that will pair with your wine. Stuffed with rice and local seasonal herbs.
• Beef Stew – A traditional dish served on a Sunday of a Cretan table. Tender beef, slow-cooked with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and seasonal vegetables.
• Cuttlefish Stew with Wild Greens – A traditional dish frequantly made in local households. Slow-cooked tender cuttlefish, in wine and seasonal wild greens and herbs.
• Local Galaktoboureko – Traditional Cretan dessert, with homemade Phyllo pastry, Sheep’s milk curd served with syrup.
