We created a cozy space in Elounda with a landscaped kitchen, an individual cooking place for every person. There, we do cooking lessons in mixing Cretan flavors and aromas with small cooking tricks and stories about products that make the learning process fun and interesting.

During the course, we will try traditional local recipes while learning where to find products purely Greek. We will cook with the freshest products on the market.

• Dakos – Barley Rusk with fresh tomato, feta cheese, fresh oregano and olive oil
• Tzatziki – Greek Tzatziki (Fresh Yogurt with Cucumber, garlic and Organic Olive Oil – Vegetarian
• Greek Salad – Traditional farmer’s salad “Greek Salad” with barley rusks, capricious, Feta cheese from Karditsa and organic virgin olive oil from Sitia – Vegetarian
• Traditional Dish – The Authentic Mousaka or “Gemista”, all prepared and cooked by Mama Koula, the person behind this ideal experience
