Spend the day travelling through the forested Troodos Mountains and discover some of Cyprus' wildest landscapes on this 4×4 tour. See vineyards, waterfalls, mountain villages like Lefkara, pine forests and more. We'll kick off the action at the impressive Dipotamos Dam for a photo stop. Then, it's onto the sleepy mountain village of Lefkara, renowned for its intricately-made lace and silverware. We'll go a bit off-piste into Mesa Potamos Forest where you can take part in an optional hike, too. Once you've built up an appetite, a meze-style lunch will be served in a village taverna. Then, we'll head to a beautiful forest waterfall with ice-cold water cascading down 20m. We will drive around the city and visit various sites for 2 hours, and for 2 hours more you could wander around the picturesque alleys on your own and have lunch. Will explain the culture and traditions and how they formed the modern day city of Chania. We are not allowed to walk or guide in the old town with travellers, because our license is for a driving tour. You could extend the tour, by visiting either the archaeological museum, do wine tasting or spend more time in Chania. You can extend the tour for 3 hours and visit a beach or mountain restaurant and have lunch for an extra cost.

The tour will star with a pick up form your hotel or a nearby point. After approximately 1,5 hour drive through a beautiful landscape, we reach the picturesque village of Sougia. From there we will continue our tour with boat following the coastline to the Village of Agia Roumeli ! During your stay in the village you will have plenty of time to cross Samaria Gorge from its exit to the Iron Gates. The distance you can walk is 3 km form the village to the entrance of gorge and 1,5 km further up to the Iron Gates , one of the most interesting points of the gorge! Late in the afternoon we will take the same boat to get back to the port of Chora Sfakion where our coach will be waiting for us in order to drive back to Chania .
